Why isn’t IT working?

After many years of ‘self-help’  of trying to figure out why my mind was doing one thing when I wanted it to do something completely different.  Why were my emotions all over the place when I knew logically that there was nothing in the environment that was a threat?

I mean life is hard enough with paying the bills, keeping the job to pay the bills,  my own body was fighting against me. I could do without that, it’s supposed to be on my side.  I came to the conclusion that I needed to sort out what was going on, on the inside.

And the answers that I eventually discovered,  may be of great interest to you too.

The MOMENT when everything CHANGED.

There was obviously a part of me that I had no control over. A part, that had a mind of it’s own. The answer seems so blatantly obviously now, when I look back at it.

The fears, anxieties and the psychological challenges that I was facing on a nearly a daily basis, where due to a part that DID have a mind of it’s own.

It wasn’t until I discovered that the brain is made of  3 different parts – the physical, emotional and logical.  The logical you can call the conscious mind and the emotional the subconscious.

It was the subconscious ‘mind’ that was causing me all the sorrow. And then I found out that there’re different ways of communicating with this other part of me so that it works with me, as opposed to fighting me.

That was a ‘Wow’ moment and it changed everything for me. It sent me on a brand-new direction and research and ultimately to major successes in my life.

It’s REALLY simple once YOU know How.

My new found knowledge led me to believe that there is really one source of all emotional disturbances. It’s then just a matter of finding different ways of working with that source and reducing these psychological disturbances.  Sorting out one major emotional challenge may also affect others automatically.

Some of the findings that where “AHA” moments for me I am going to share with you now.  It took me years to find these and see if they make sense to you and even those that you can start using right away:-

You’ve told yourself that whatever happens you’re going to keep your cool, that you’re not going to behave and react in a certain way. Later on, that’s completely blown and you do exactly what you didn’t want to do.

  • The biggest mistake that we make, is to use will power alone, now that is good for short term. If you want to make it automatic, when  you don’t need to exert any energy and it happens all by itself, then we have to use the part of us where, everything automatic resides. There are certain ways that this can happen.
  • If you PICTURE yourself doing EXACTLY what you want to happen, then the chances of it happening will be much higher
  • You can set up pre-programmed triggers for specific emotional states that you want to have, and then all you have to do is activate that state whenever you want it
  • while you’re in the uncomfortable situation, you can remove yourself in your mind and see yourself in the situation, this can reduce any emotional disturbances
  • You can learn to go into a ’specific’ state where ever any emotional disturbances exist and then you can operate from that state, keeping cool and calm

The fastest way is to re-program the subconscious mind using the state of hypnosis.
