Are you in your Right Mind?

Your brain is physically made up of two halves, the right hemisphere and the left hemisphere.

Is the left mind the logical conscious mind and is the right mind the creative subconscious mind? (see Hold on! What is Hypnosis anyway? )

In this video, Neuroanatomist Jill Bolte Taylor, gives an account of a personal experience she had and to be able to give an account of the functions of the two minds from the inside out.

I know the title seems a bit grim, but as you watch this video you’ll find that it is a heartwarming and life uplifting clip. You’ll be glad that you watched it.
