How I Got here.

A few years back even though I had a good salary, a good family life and a good lifestyle, for some reason I felt miserable —

Then after a breakdown of a relationship, I hit rock bottom.  I was unhappy and sad, as you may expect after a relationship ends. The thing was, it went on for much longer then it should have done. I realised this feeling, that I‘d had it for a very long time, it was just part of my life, just normal.  Looking back at it now it was depression, and I couldn’t really shift it. I wanted answers because I just didn’t want to carry on feeling this way any longer, this was pain.

I was prepared to do WHATEVER it takes, but I didn’t know where to start…

I started reading books actually devouring books and because I sat infront of a computer all day long as part of my job, I started to surf the web in my breaks to find answers. One thing led to another until I stumbled across the emotional subconscious mind and what part hypnosis plays in it. I continued to read more and more, increasing my knowledge, but somehow I still couldn’t shift my mood. I had a great lifestyle, but somehow from one week to the next my mood just changed for no reason. I was hungry for knowledge, hungry to get out of this state that I was in.

I was prepared to do anything it took to get this SOLVED.

I didn’t want to go into long term therapy, but at the same time figured out I needed help because it wasn’t getting any better. Eventually I found a good hypnotherapist and made an appointment. In a very short time I had a breakthrough, it was so blatant, I just couldn’t see it until it was pointed out to me.

I was so blown away by the quick results that I started to go on weekend Hypnotherapy courses to learn for myself. Eventually becoming a professional hypno-psychotherapist registered with the UKCP, a four year long training I WANTED TO know everything, this stuff changed my life and I wanted to use it to help others.

I began to learn, practice and apply what worked for my clients, I kept detailed notes of what worked and disregarded what didn’t. I continued to read and now I have a large reference library. I also wanted to learn from the best and I soon discovered that there are other forms of personal development that have their roots in hypnosis. So I made a wishlist of all the top trainers. I wanted to be in their presence and learn. Squeeze as much knowledge as I could from them. This included top trainers in hypnosis and NLP. Over the years I have seen other top trainers and sought to learn all I could from them.

I created a method that combines psychology, psychotherapy and hypnosis that can help with anything where the mind is concerned. I continue to refine it, by my unsatisfiable thirst for knowledge.

I started to apply this method on my clients and found that that it really worked. I believed it in so much that I also approached a local hospice and was accepted to hold a voluntary weekly clinic. Where medical staff can refer patients to see me. I was humbled to have waiting list and people coming to see me from outside London.

I continue to learn and continue to be humbled by the response of my clients and patients.
